Elevator safety operation monitoring platform can offer 24-h network monitoring management of operating status and fault information of elevators managed, manufactured, installed, maintained and used by the elevator management departments, elevator manufacturers, elevator installers, elevator maintenance units and end-users. Personalized monitoring platforms can be provided based on different elevator manufacturers to provide statistical analysis on the fault type, frequency and number and scientific basis to targetedly improve technology, eliminate faults, enhance safety performance and management level; monitoring platforms can also be customized as required by management departments, end-users and installation units to meet different requirements.     The platform can receive elevator operation, elevator fault, elevator entrapment and other information from the elevator safety operation monitoring device and elevator one-key rescue device.

    In case of entrapment, the platform will automatically trigger an alarm, and pop out a screen inside the elevator on the client-end software interface. When the trapped personnel push the emergency call button, the platform will automatically dial hierarchically and finally reach 96333 and 110. Complete with callback function, the platform will inform rescue personnel of fault information and have them arrive at the fault site as soon as possible for effective rescue.
